Leasing Team

Brian Hunt is the Vice President of Property Management at Carruth Capital, LLC and is an instrumental member of our leadership team. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, he oversees the leasing/marketing, construction, and operations for the property management division. Brian provides strategic leadership and direction to our three Senior Property Managers, IT/Technology Manager, Project/Construction Manager, and associated staff, and is a member of our Executive Steering Committee. He has been with Carruth Capital, LLC since 2001, and prior to joining our team, he was employed as a Portfolio Asset Manager at CB Richard Ellis and a Property Manager at The Hamilton Company. Brian holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University.
