Leasing Team

Doug Goldwait is a Senior Property Manager at Carruth Capital, LLC. He manages roughly 1.2 million SF of office and industrial space in the Mass Pike West, Route 128 North, and 495 North East submarkets. Doug focuses on Leasing, Tenant Relations, Capital Improvements, Operating Budgets, and the day-to-day operations of his portfolio. Prior to joining Carruth, Doug managed office, retail, condo, and apartment buildings in Boston and Cambridge for Upland Capital and Trinity Financial. He has a wide level of experience in different property types, with over 10 years’ experience in Real Estate Management. Doug holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Bryant University.
