Christopher F. Egan, president of Carruth Capital LLC in Westboro, has been awarded the 2013 Outstanding Achievement in Stormwater Management and Water Quality in Westboro award.
The award, given for the first time, is awarded to an organization that exhibits best stormwater management practices and voluntarily assists the town with implementing its stormwater management plan.
